Comment:

 Verified I could set various langauges using "sugar-control-panel -s
 languages Language/Locale" for various languages.  The command line
 (although now a plural parameter) only lets you set one language at a time
 although the "-g" parameter will show you more than one if enabled via the
 control panel.
