 I took a first pass at removing the _wp.so dependency in favor of the
 seek-bzip2 binaries:

 server.py now works when run directly the command line (run blockindex.py
 first to generate new index files), but I haven't gotten the entire
 activity to work (some globals need to be refactored out).
