Comment:

 Wikipedia works as an upgrade or installed directly into 10.1.3 (F11) as
 well as in 11.2.0-18 (F14).  Tested both English and Spanish versions.

 The seek-bzip2 proposal probably should be moved to its own enhancement
 request.
