 I had checked the proportions against the expected, but they did not
 match; the 1x9 face could not generate the 118x640 pixel render in a
 Euclidean space, so none of the object faces were perpendicular to the
 viewer, and we are looking at the 1x4 face foreshortened.  This made it
 unlikely to be intentional.  The source did not contain any reference to a
 monolith.
