 Martin has suggested that the new 0.92 Keyboard control panel in Sugar
 could have a "reset to defaults" option, at least for OLPC builds.  That
 way a user who has screwed up their keyboard settings can easily correct
 them.

 Open firmware or certain files provided from olpc-configure ideally can
 tell us what Language the keyboard should be used for/in.
