The X Server on an XO should not listen on a remotely accessible TCP port.
This historically has been considered a security risk. No other Linux or
BSD distribution that I am aware of has shipped the X server with any TCP
listener active for the past few years, preferring to just use local UNIX
 sockets instead.

If there is a reason we need the TCP listener active and cannot just use
sockets, we should bind the TCP listener to the loopback interface.
