 Steps to reproduce:

 - open one activity of your choice (A)

 - open Etoys

 - switch to A

 - go to the frame and stop Etoys from the frame palette

 - Etoys will not be closed because there is the dialog coming up (save or
 not to save)

 - For all the other activities if there is a 'keep error' or the 'naming
 alert' awaits information the shell does reveal the window
