 Using OOB 1.3.0

 1. Take our example INI files
 2. Add in [repos]

 custom_repocustom_repo_1=1,rpmfusion-
 free-f11,http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/11/Everything/i386/os/
  custom_repo_2=1,rpmfusion-free-
 updates-f11,http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/11/i386/
  custom_repo_3=1,rpmfusion-
 nonfree-f11,http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/releases/11/Everything/i386/os/
  custom_repo_4=1,rpmfusion-nonfree-
 updates-f11,http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/11/i386/

 3. run osbuilder

 osbuilder bails out with a 404 trying to grab primary.xml from the
 'release' repo of rpmfusion. There, repomd.xml says:
