 I don't fully understand the proposal. But here's what I'm worried about:

  1. I do a build including sugar_activity_group (Calculate and Write) and
 sugarlabs_activities (Browse and Memorize)
  2. I modify my config file, dropping sugar_activity_group
  3. The next build I make should include just Browse and Memorize, not
 Calculate and Write
