 This affects no-python activities that still needs the PS for sharing.

 Because of
 http://git.sugarlabs.org/sugar/mainline/commit/c38e03f641e2f409464340bf67826809cf2f94dc
 in sugar (removing the last few pieces of buddy-icon.jpg handling) the
 sugar-presence-service does not start anymore (it is relying on the
 buddy.jpg to be around.
