#10731: Reverse/inverse text broken on Linux system console

Run the "nano" text edtor in the Terminal activity in Sugar. You will see
all the reversed text like the Shortcut key definitions, messages when you
 save a text file, etc.

Run "nano" on a Linux console tty. All reversed text like the shortcut
 keys will not be visible.

Jnettlet says this may be a viafb issue. But that may become irrelevant
once we move to a KMS-based video driver.

If it isn't the above, then maybe our termcap or terminal environment
variable for the Linux console is incorrect.

 See in 11.2.0 os11.
