 Nothing in 11.2.0 can handle a journal entry generated by Colors in a
 previous build.

 Since Colors was removed from 11.2.0 due to crashes, we should see if
 there is some way to get another activity to at least adopt the picture
 information and open said file.  This may be as simple as a adding a
 content type assignment to Paint, or more complex.
