 I reproduced something similar, maybe it is the same bug (or related);

 Flash 11.2.0 candidate 870 on XO-1. Boot for the first time. Quickly pass
 through the naming screen and click the Abacus icon as soon as it comes
 up. When abacus finishes loading, press the frame key. Observe the abacus
 icon in the frame, still pulsing as if it has not finished loading.

 not sure how reproducible it is.
