 Bert, I think this is a bug in trac and not in Browse. The image [1] is
 the screenshot of the error message.

 Can you try to attach the same file to a mail in gmail or another page
 where you can upload a file?

 I did it with a file with spanish accented letters without problem.

 If you can't, please inform me about the version of Sugar and Browse.
