 Chia-Hsiu described another test; installed os10 onto an external SD card
 on a good board, test successful boot, then move the external SD card to
 an affected board, then test boot.  Result: same panic.

 From this we can exclude again the storage device itself, and OpenFirmware
 at the fs-update stage.  The kernel in combination with the affected
 laptops remains the likely cause.
