Comment(by wmb at firmworks.com):

 The OFW test-all report that port 0 is in use refers to the root port,
 which is connected to the internal hub and is therefore in use.

 The reason you don't see that in the GUI menu is because I explicitly
 removed the root level device node from the list of tested devices, so you
 only see tests of the downstream ports below the hub.

 The OFW symptom of this bug is a red herring.
