Comment(by wad):

 Completely spaced this one, as it was fixed in early bringup through a EC
 firmware staggering of the SD card power on.   Please upgrade to EC
 firmware CL2-4.0.0.10 or later.

 Somehow, that board's firmware survived two different steps where it
 should have been upgraded (at Quanta and in Boston).
