 Please leave at least 1 machine running with CMD and THREAD lbs debugging
 enabled on any previous kernel.

 Then please focus testing on this one, with no extra debugging enabled:

 It will log (out of the box) info about queued, submitted and completed
 commands, and the timeout handler. If you can log a hang with these
 messages enabled, it should tell us a lot. If running on multiple systems,
 you could modify one of them with your rsyslog trick which seemed to help
 last time we were dealing with extra logging vs timing-sensitive issues.
