 Hi greenfeld, what version of Read do you have?  In Read from git, that
 currently is the same as version 89, there is no scroll to start and end
 of the document for EPUB.

 The scroll method of the _View class in epubview module does nothing if
 gtk.SCROLL_START or gtk.SCROLL_END are given.
