 With Jonathan's driver as of today, I get a freeze on my A2 board. Steps
 to repro

 * install os4
 * build/install kernel and modules
 *  modprobe mmp_camera
 *  /usr/bin/gst-launch v4l2src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! videoscale !
 ximagesink
 * leave camera running while computer idles - after a while, image is
 frozen
