 Ethtool hung in 11.2.0 os22 with powerd as the parent process.  Due to all
 the recent libertas changes I will initially guess this has something to
 do with the libertas driver, although it could be something that has to do
 with powerd for all I know.

 Attached are logs from a sequence where just ethtool hung running "ethtool
 -s eth0 wol um".  Trying to run ifconfig or iwconfig hangs the process.

 Might also be worth comparing to #10969, where SysRq shows ethtool as
 waiting on a mutex but the kernel is actively complaining about metacity,
 whereas here the reverse seems to be true
