Comment:

 In 11.2.0 build 21 we were resetting the wireless card on every suspend
 cycle, which was excessive.

 In 11.2.0 build 22 we seem to only reset the card in an XO-1.5 on suspend
 cycles where the command timeout occurs, which seems to be correct, and
 the wifi card is able to re-associate to an access point and start
 communicating after this happens.
