Comment:

 We can scroll up/down in Read with the keyboard and directional pad in
 11.2.0 in os12.

 However we cannot scroll left/right (mentioned in #10501), use the
 Home/end keys in PDF mode (#10949), and using pgup/pgdn on zoomed-in PDFs
 tends to result result in rocking left/right as well (#10950).
