#10950: Page Up/Page Down keys in Read rock display when zoomed in, literally go to

Using the Page Up/Page Down keys when zoomed-in on PDFs (so the horizontal
scrollbar shows) tends to result result in rocking the display left/right
while staying level prior to moving to desired page.

The Page Up/Page Down keys also do something slightly unusual compared to
other readers I've seen: They literally move to the top of the
next/previous "printed"/numbered page in the document, as opposed to the
next section of visible information available that will fill the screen's
current size. I'm not certain if this is more intuitive or not, but it
definitely is not traditionally what other PDF readers tend to do.

 Seen in 11.2.0 os22.
