 If you see the loading screen shown during suspend in this way, it is
 quite likely to be a case of a failure to load the current display memory
 into the DCON, so then it goes into suspend showing stale memory (e.g.
 like #9664). Guesswork, but I think this is more likely than a suspend
 during boot.

 You should post dmesg after encountering this issue, that would probably
 help clarify.
