Comment:

 11.3.0 build 1 os1.uim is 662mb (ubifs using zlib compression)

 same thing rebuilt as jffs2 is 647mb.

 15mb overhead is reasonable - much of that is due to duplication of
 kernel/initramfs in boot partition.
