 Changelog (from unknown baseline version):

  * User’s power configuration does not affect Tx power of probe requests
 after power up but before
 association
  * Fragmentation + WPA-TKIP + WMM AC_VO causes deauth (MIC failure)
  * Need 8686 firmware to read & update PMU register based on Annex 40
 entries
  * Firmware is stuck in awake state when NullPktInterval is set to 5 sec
 or during ping traffic
