 in sugar-toolkit-0.92.4-1.fc14.olpc.i686.rpm and
 sugar-0.92.4-1.fc14.olpc.noarch.rpm (in my public repo)

 We do update the window title when the activity title changes, and we do
 not cache the activity tray palette.

 - open the activity palette in the tray

 - change the title in the activity

 - change focus (e.g. go to the neighborhood view and back, see #11087 why)
