 An update from 8.2.1 to 10.1.3 failed for a translation team member, with
 the message:

 WARNING: You seem to be attempting to download an unsigned development
 build,
 but you don't have a developer key.  This will probably fail.
 }}}

 The laptop is secured.

 The problem is due to olpc-update, [http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects
 /olpc-update/tree/olpc-update#n156 testing whether a build is signed using
 hyphens].
