#11082: Linux fails to boot when OFW audio muted
-----------------------------+----------------------------------------------

     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 1.75-firmware
Component: kernel | Version: 1.75-B1
 Keywords: | Next_action: never set
 Verified: 0 | Deployment_affected:
Blockedby: | Blocking:
-----------------------------+----------------------------------------------
 Steps

  * Boot holding volume down btn - ensure the audio is muted under OFW
  * Reboot - Linux hangs right after "usbhid: USB HID core driver". In a
normal boot, the message that follows usually is "asoc: alc5631-hifi <->
 mmp2-i2s.0 mapping ok"

It seems likely that OFW does not init audio if the volume is muted, and
that the Linux driver is counting on OFW pre-initializing it.
