Comment:

 It looks like we have support for various OLPC XO keyboard languages
 working in 11.2.0.

 #9126 is a slight confusing example though in that it modifies the reverse
 accent (on key 3) but not the forward accent (on key 4).  More research
 would be needed to figure out why.
