 It was intentional that the update be pushed to all systems that refer to
 collections (8.2). It applies to all previous releases and is a trivial
 fix. But I wasn't aware of any problems in doing this, which we definitely
 need to look at.

 Can you post shell.log from the failure case, please?

 Are there any other undesirable/noticable effects apart from the fact that
 library.info shows the wrong number?
