 On the marvell extranet we found
 SD-8686-FEDORA26FC6-SYSKT-9.70.20.p0-26409.p64.zip which includes:

 The changelog suggests that this might fix #9960.

 After some basic testing we should put this in Fedora & linux-firmware,
 and preferably get some confirmation from Marvell that this is the right
 version we should be using.
