 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Cheat_codes states that holding down the Rotate
 button during diagnostics will pause as long as the button is held to show
 the result before going onto the next test.

 However this only works on XO-1s (with Q2E45) but not XO-1.5s (with
 Q3B13).  If we do not want to continue doing this, then perhaps we should
 update the wiki.

 Diagnostics were started to test this using the left rocker button during
 startup.
