A Journal refresh with a large number of entries may steal focus back from
 a launching activity.

Present in 11.2.0-872, but I think this has been around for a while.

 Reproduction:
  1. Create a USB key with 100+ files, mostly readable by Sugar
  2. Go the the Journal, select the USB stick, and scroll down to the
 bottom of the view.
  3. Click an item (preferably a large one) towards the bottom of the list
 to start it.
  4. The activity launch screen will appear, followed by the Journal
progress bar, the Journal contents (pointed to where you were before). If
you do not touch something in the Journal, the Activity (ideally) will
steal focus back once it finishes launching.
