Comment(by erikos):

 The patch was about the following case:

 Journal: display entries that have no title on storage devices #10533

 When copying an entry to the storage device that has no title we set the
 title (filename) to _('Untitled'). Conversion from 0.82 entries: If an
 entry has no title we set it to _('Untitled') and rename the file
 accordingly, taking care of creating a unique filename.

 Sam is talking about an edge case where: if two "Untitled" files are
 created in 8.2.1 though it starts creating "_#.ext" files to avoid
 collisions, and for some reason we are not properly converting/spotting
 the metadata in that case. So I think this was only about the conversion
 from old 8.2.1 entries if there is more than one Untitled entry on the
 storage device, which is a very rare rare case.
