 Did some more testing:

 - A, B, C connects to the same network and see each other

 - A does restart X or turn the machine off

 ---> B and C get the notification and A is not visible there anymore

 ---> A and B get the notification and C is not visible there anymore

 ---> A and B still list C

 ---> B still list A even after a long time, I have seen C removing A once
 after 2 minutes but testing it again several times did not show the same
 result
