---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
On an XO-1.75 A2 prototype, board 32, running q4a11 and pre-4.0.0.6 EC
code, I reprogrammed the OFW flash and on the next reboot, CForth
complained about ROM corruption.
The reprogramming was done using "flash! u:\q4a13.rom" from a USB key
which was used to successfully reprogram OFW both before and after this
incident. q4a11 had been patched with:
patch noop ?image-valid $get-file
The laptop was recovered by reprogramming q4a13 onto the SPI Flash ROM
using JTAG.
