 Workaround proposed for adding ntpdate to deployment builds based on
 10.1.3:
  * remove /etc/adjtime from /etc/rwtab,
  * change third line of /etc/adjtime to be UTC,
  * copy the zoneinfo file to /etc/localtime,
  * set timezone in Sugar,
  * install ntpdate,
  * write a /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/ script that calls ntpdate.

 Tested on 10.1.3.
