 Upon wakeup after suspend (power button) the XO-1 fails to reconnect to
 the network. The neighborhood screen is empty with only the 3 mesh points.
 Eventually the APs reappear and the favorite is marked but fails to
 reconnect. [[BR]]
 A second problem is that the network stays on during inactivity-triggered
 suspend (sleep-dim-blank)
 Powerd.trace and messages from one cycle of inactivity suspend and power
 button suspend, are attached
