Browse version 112 in 11.2.0 os4 will not let you enter anything into the
text field of an existing web page if you have clicked on the URL/Title
area and attempted to type something.

This can be very annoying sometimes if encountered.

 Reproduction:
  1. Open a web page with a search form, Trac page while logged in, etc.
  2. Click on the oval in Browse's menu bar containing the current page's
 title. Press a key.
  3. Attempt to click on one of the text fields in the existing web page to
type something. Browse 99% of the time seems to not let you, as the
cursor is kept captured by the menu bar URL control.
