 You cannot be sure of which version of firefox will be running, nor be
 sure of where a file such as browserconfig.properties (or firefox-
 branding.js) will be located.  [For instance, Firefox 4.0 omits those
 particular files.]

 If you are going to apply OLPC customization to Firefox, such changes
 ought to be implemented in a manner that works for all versions of
 Firefox.
