 Currently, dracut is invoked from the kernel rpm (see the output of rpm -q
 --scripts kernel | grep dracut). Probably the kernel rpm should generate
 this file.

 Also note that you need to copy the resulting initramfs file to
 /versions/boot/current/boot/
