 Occasionally we see a failure to boot OFW on an XO-1.75 A2 motherboard.
 CForth boots fine, and prints "Releasing" on the serial port, but we never
 see any characters output from OFW.

 This happens on a few boards (bd 11 and bd 41, both at Quanta R&D) most of
 the time, and occasionally on other motherboards.

 Luna has claimed that she has a version of Uboot that boots fine on bd 11,
 whereas CForth/OFW fails repeatedly.
