 I found the problem now.

 I was trying too send a mail without text (with a attachment). In Firefox,
 if you try to do it display a popup with a msg "Send this message without
 text in the body?", but Browse can't show this popup.

 I have tested it in 10.1.2 and the problem was here too.

 There a ticket can be related http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1430,
 because if you are editing a mail in gmail and you try to follow a link
 will, will try to open it in another tab/window and error in the log is
 the same.
