 I'd say do more RAM testing -- you're getting Prefetch and Data Aborts,
 and I doubt Linux is making them up.

 If this board boots okay sometimes, you could also try doing some RAM
 testing from userspace, such as checking out the openfirmware source and
 building it.  (Of course you'll need to install make/gcc/etc.)
