---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
When trying to boot XO-1.75 A2 prototypes, running OFW Q4A10F and OS3,
many boards have a tendency to halt very early in the kernel boot process
(before the serial port is setup).
The user visible symptom is an XO icon with a single dot underneath.
Occasionally, we see some lines on the screen before the crash (but again,
nothing on the serial port.)
cjb provided a patch to output serial information. A capture of a crash
is attached.
