 With that change to olpc-os-builder I'm seeing older activities pulled
 into a build as listed on http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/G1G1 and
 not the later ones available from
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/G1G1/10.1.3. I'm using the same
 layout as found in examples/olpc-os-10.1.3-xo1.5.ini, meaning I'm not
 using [sugarlabs_activities] activities= as found in
 examples/f11-xo1.5-1.ini.
