 I don't think we've identified any "low-risk" fixes right now - as this
 bug shows just how sensitive the layout is.

 Given that this is a minor bug, has a workaround, is not a regression,
 does not affect any large deployments, and that 10.1.3 is already overdue,
 I think it should be pushed out.
