 > With the above patch when sudo ul-warning is run from within X you will
 see a VT switch and then the ul-warning screen.  The machine can be ssh'd
 into but no VT's can be switched or anything else.  I believe this fixes
 the problem described in the bug.

 Jon, thanks for the patch - let's make sure we merge this in the next
 window. Maybe someone knowledgeable about the area can comment.
